Corrosion Resistance Testing
1. A salt spray test was conducted to simulate the effects of exposure to saltwater or high humidity environments. The hinges were subjected to a continuous salt spray for 48 hours, and the degree of corrosion was evaluated.
2. A cyclic corrosion test was also performed, which involved alternating exposure to salt spray and dry conditions. The hinges were evaluated for corrosion resistance after 10 cycles.
