  1. Selection of hinges: Choose hinges that meet the requirements of fire resistance and load-bearing capacity. Generally, steel hinges or reinforced hinges are recommended for fire doors.
  2. Installation position: The hinge should be installed at the correct position according to the door frame and the door leaf. The position of the hinge on the door leaf should be symmetrical and the hinge should be installed vertically.
  3. Installation method: The installation method should be in accordance with the installation instructions of the hinge manufacturer. The hinge should be securely fixed to the door leaf and door frame with screws.
  4. Quantity of hinges: The number of hinges should be determined according to the size and weight of the door leaf. Generally, 3 hinges are recommended for doors with a height of less than 2.2 meters, and 4 hinges are recommended for doors with a height of more than 2.2 meters.
  5. Clearance and gap: The clearance and gap between the hinge and the door frame and the door leaf should be appropriate to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door.
  6. Maintenance: Regular maintenance should be carried out on the hinges to ensure their normal use. If there is any damage or deformation, the hinges should be replaced in time.
